Today I will share some of the processes of grilling fish using kitchen spices and ingredients from spices that have been processed and fermented.
We will do the first stage, namely processing coconut shells by burning some of the coconut shells, the material chosen to process them uses dry coconut shells.
Furthermore, when the shell starts to burn, a hot fire appears until it becomes coals to make it easier to heat and burn the fish to be grilled.
At that time, I was accompanied by several of my friends who were very enthusiastic about other friends who took the time to join together.
It was a very quiet and lonely night, I thought it was a very good time to get together to join in and do some fish roast.
After several processes of burning the coconut shells, it's time to grill the fish over the hot coals of the roasting kitchen. This cold night felt warm and fresh with a very beautiful atmosphere that night.
Time has passed for 1 hour, the night is getting late, other friends are preparing some other food, we among others are processing fish to be enjoyed.
Time went on, and They my friends started coming to see us during the process of grilling the fish. I thought it was a very pleasant evening.
