Yesterday I visited a place for making chips, there are many products that fry crackers, from various types of chips which are very popular among the people there.
In this post I will provide some photography and an explanation of the making of these crackers.
This refers to sukon crackers, sukon crackers are crackers made from sukon fruit, this sukon fruit is shaped like a melon which is then cut and sliced into small pieces of fine size.
After being washed, the skin of the biah sukon is peeled so that only the juice and fruit are visible. Then sprinkled with salt so that the sap attached to the sukon fruit pepper is gone and does not taste bitter.
After being cut and sliced into small pieces that look like the picture above, the cut sukon fruit is soaked in a container filled with salt water for 20 minutes, after that it is dried in the sun so that the soaking water attached to the cracker slices is dry.
After drying, the slices are fried in hot oil in a frying pan with a very hot temperature, fry for 15 minutes to make it look yellowish which looks like in this picture.
The chips are also ready to serve and can be eaten, the taste is very tasty and delicious, I went to this place to buy it and try to taste the taste, it is very delicious.
Not only sukon chips, here also provide banana chips, sweet potato chips and other chips.
Semoga postingan ini memberikan manfaat bagi kita semua.
