Thank you @Photofeed for the innovation in your contests. I find it very interesting to open it up to new ways of seeing the world around us.
This photograph was taken in the Buenos Aires neighbourhood of Puerto Madero on a cloudy day. To get that silky effect of the sky and the water, I had to shoot at very low speed using a neutral density filter that reduced the entry of light by 10 f-stops, namely the Big Stopper from Lee Filters. The camera settings were 30" with the aperture at f:22 and ISO100.
