The first series of landscape photos this year. While I'm on vacation, I use this opportunity for daily walks in nature and replenish my photo bank.
The end of December and the beginning of January gave us a lot of snowy days and that's great. I love a snowy winter. To be more precise, this is the only normal kind of winter for me. But global warming has made its adjustments and now the snowy winter is the exception rather than the rule.
These photos were taken near my house. This is our usual place with dogs for walks. However, we couldn't go far that day because of the deep snow. You can see for yourself that the field has turned into a real snowy valley.
It was a surprisingly bright winter day. I hope that the photos at least partially convey the beauty of the surrounding nature.

I always tell my wife that I would like to live in a place where it snows, in contrast to where I live which is a very tropical and jungle climate, I have never seen snow.
Whenever a season changes it makes you more beautiful because it knows that a new form of nature is seen.
