This is bypass road which goes just outside the city. It is made to avoid traffic that generally happens inside an urban area. I found the place perfect for landscape photography. Several sitting benches are set up on the pavement for visitors. In winter, people can sit and relax their for some time. However, it is not possible in summer in daytime. In summer, people arrive here in evening and enjoy the moment in street lights.
