Here's the result of a dusk trip to the local highway interchange. I've driven by the spot a few times and thought I should try photographing it. Once I arrived on site, I had to wait until the lighting was right. I wanted the conditions to be dark enough for long exposures, but still to have some glow in the sky. This gave me about 15 minutes of ideal blue hour lighting. I love the way photography can bring out the beauty in what to some appears to be nothing but a hideous, machine-centric landscape.

Nicely done. Those who know what they are doing, like yourself, understand the planning involved to get the right circumstances required for their shot.
Most people, like me, just show up, point, and shoot. And we get what we get! lol
Cheers!
