Sublime Sunday - A Walk Around Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire, UK

in SublimeSunday2 years ago

Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire, is the best place to go if you like long (or short) interesting walks as it is set in 3,000 acres.

You can park up and walk through the woods, heathland or just have a stroll through the park area or around the lake. Cycle hire for all abilities is also available.

The coots were having a few fisticuffs in the lake.

They get very territorial during the mating and nest building season.

Robins look nice but they can be quite territorial and aggressive. They're still one of my favourite birds though.

A grey wagtail that you tend to see near rivers in summer.

The rhododendron bushes are all starting to come into bloom.

Bee good!
