First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
It's beginning to look alot like Christmas....yes the snow finally hit the UK on the 27th and 28th of November, blown in with Storm Arwen the gale force winds brought widespread damage and drifting snow. We had bad winds, but not as much as others in the UK where power lines were felled along with trees - some are still without power 6 days later! It's exceptional to have snow like this so early into winter, and it really laid thick around our parts.
That's a grab of driving locally on Sunday, it was a little worse Saturday but I forgot to record any footage.
Back home Sunday Night and the roads are thick with snow, fortunately the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid seems to love this stuff - I even took some roads I would always avoid in the snow to test it's ability to handle steep snow covered roads - no problem at all just climbed up fine - and mine isn't even the AWD model!
The wind took it's toll on my 30kg roaster exhaust ducting, pulling the intermediate fan out of the main pipe. I called in work on Saturday to check it was all ok, and had to reset this - I tried walking up to it from the right - got half way and slid back down again! In the end I had to walk all the way around the edge and crawl up the far side which was a little less slippy. Managed to get it all back into position and sealed with high temp aluminium tape before slithering back inside. It seems like every week at the moment I am finding new and interesting ways to potentially injure myself badly at work.
Fancy a seat on the decking at home, it's a bit chilly out but good snowman opportunities.
Even the trampoline got a good covering.

Other news my 2400kg of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee arrived today, four pallets of 600kg each - took some getting into the warehouse! Looking forward to trying this one and getting it listed. It's been such a busy week, two big drops for the Manchester Christmas markets, problems with a customers espresso machine I had to swap out, orders were just crazy over last weekend I think we processed over 90 individual orders Monday - no wonder I'm always exhausted!

I love driving in the snow. I’ve pretty much have always had a four wheel drive truck. You are lucky you didn’t fall off the dam roof. My god stop being so dam daring, your family needs you. Good luck with the new bean.👍
It's beautiful to see snow because I haven't seen one. lol and yeah, Christmas is coming to no matter what kind of variants are coming but I hope pandemic will never returned.
