The thing about Arch is that they don't unduly modify packages, so sometimes there are bugs upstream that are not yet resolved. I've definitely run into issues from time to time, but I've always been able to find a solution, which has also helped me learn my systems very well indeed! Via the debtap package, I'm able to repackage DEB files into Arch's format and install them, which I appreciate a great deal! That's excellent that you found an OS home that you feel fits you!
