Happy evening friends coffee lovers ☕, God's peace be upon you and yours, welcome to my blog!
It is true that if we want to have a delicious cappuccino, we go to the coffee shop, we order and enjoy 😁, but, it may be that sometimes we want to drink at home 🏡, or we don't have money or time to go to the coffee shop, that's why it is important to be able to prepare at home, that's why this post is for me very satisfying 😁.
A few days ago I shared with you that I was waiting for an order to my sister for an instant ☕ coffee because in the town where I live it is not available, well, my sister brought it, and I am fascinated, I immediately started to try my recipes 😁, the first one I tried to make a cappuccino in a blender, and it didn't work 🤦, then I looked for another tutorial, and I found that it is better with a blender, as I don't have one at home, that didn't make me give up, I talked to my neighbor who has an industrial one, and I asked her for the favor 😁.
For this first recipe I used 25gr of instant coffee, 250gr of sugar, and 250ml of water, we took all the ingredients to the mixer and at maximum speed we beat for 5 minutes and, we obtained a cup 🍵 of delicious cream, which can be refrigerated for a while, without damaging it.
Then to prepare the cappuccino, I just take some cream, put it in the cup 🍵, and add hot milk ♨️, and wham! a rich cappuccino at home 😋.
My family loved it, it will seem strange, or silly, but, we were very excited to be able to prepare it ourselves 🫣🤦.
This cream I kept it and we used it for about 5 days 😋 is that at home we are several, 5 in total, that's why it didn't last long 😋.
Well, now I'm going with the other recipes I have before I run out of coffee, because the one I have is small 🫣, I hope you enjoyed reading.

God bless you 🙏
