It is a pleasure to present one of the most pleasant moments of the afternoon, and it is the moment of coffee, that instant where you share with your loved ones, enjoying every sip between laughter and flavors.
Coffee can keep you active in a healthy way, it has antioxidants and prevents many diseases, it is definitely the best way to start the morning and share in the afternoon, some people's sleep is affected if they drink it too late so it is better not to wait until nightfall to not affect our sleep.
Who accompanies me with coffee in the afternoon is my daughter, sometimes we only share the 2 of us and other times my husband and my son-in-law, the important thing is that it is the best excuse to get rid of the chores to make a necessary pause in the day.
Es un gusto presentarles uno de los momentos más agradables de la tarde, y es el momento del café, ese instante donde compartes con tus seres queridos, disfrutando cada sorbo entre risas y sabores.
El café puede mantenerte activo de forma saludable, tiene antioxidantes y previene muchas enfermedades ,definitivamente es la mejor manera de comenzar la mañana y compartir en la tarde, a unos les afecta el sueño si lo toman muy tarde por lo que es mejor no esperar que anochezca para no afectar nuestro sueño.
Quien me acompaña el café en la tarde es mi hija, a veces sólo compartimos las 2 y otras mi esposo y mi yerno, lo importante es que es la mejor excusa para desocuparnos de los quehaceres para hacer una pausa necesaria en el día.

Coffee is a must in the afternoons, where we share with the family after lunch. At home we also usually do it every day, while we tell anecdotes and tell stories for a while.
