Today I will share with you one of the ways in which my husband and I have been drinking coffee for a few months now, and that is that we add to each cup a delicious chocolate bonbon, the best bonbon in the world, the delicious TORONTO, about which I have already made a post that you can read here. With that said, let's get to the recipe!
Preparation time: This delicious coffee can be ready in approximately 10 minutes.
The quantities may vary according to each person's taste.
Servings: With these quantities of ingredients, you obtain 500 ml of coffee.
500 ml of drinking water.
8 level teaspoons of BUEN CAFÉ.
1 Toronto chocolate for every cup of coffee.
Sweetener to taste. In my case I do not sweeten black coffee.
Pot, strainer, spoon, cups, etc.
THE PROCEDURE
I bring the water to the fire, until it boils. Meanwhile, I serve the contents of the BUEN CAFÉ packaging, in the container in which I usually keep it. As you can see, it has a beautiful light brown color, which tells me that there is no over-roasting of the bean. The smell is super delicious, very intense, tasty. I serve the 8 level teaspoons in the “manga” which is the filter of this artisanal strainer.
When the water boils, I turn it off and let it sit for a minute or two, so that the temperature drops a little and does not affect the flavor of the coffee. I proceed to gradually empty the very hot water into the "manga" (sleeve), so that it can strain the coffee that falls into a metal jug.
Meanwhile, I place a TORONTO chocolate in each of the cups. The pewter one is my husband's, as he loves to drink coffee in this type of cup, and mine is the large one with the little bee. Once the coffee is brewed, I pour it hot on top of each Toronto, stir it a little with a small spoon, so that the chocolate can transfer some of its content to the drink, and a delicious black coffee is ready, with a chocolate flavor that is not so pronounced, but noticeable enough to enrich the coffee.
I also like coffee with milk, either with plant milk or animal milk. In this case I added a little skim cow's milk and stirred, and I obtained a different drink, but just as delicious, a special coffee, with a Toronto flavor, a BUEN CAFÉ, A GOOD COFFEE.
Here I finish my post today, the first one I publish in this community, in which I shared a BUEN CAFÉ (GOOD COFFEE). I say goodbye wishing health, prosperity and joy to all of you; and remember: Not all days are the same and more importantly: Everything you give, everything you do, will inexorably return to you. Hugs!

Good coffee and Good huge coffee mug!
I usually prepare that amount of coffee in the mornings and I have to fill my cup a couple of times, but with that mug I'm sure the 500ml will fit without any problem.
When I read 8 teaspoons I thought it would be a lot, but calculating it is about 20 grams per person, which is very good hahaha you made me think about it.
The arabica coffee is the best, despite the time the company has been around, I had not heard of this brand, it is great to know of companies like this that have maintained their quality over time.
Hahaha I also prefer the "colao" coffee, it is easier to prevent it from burning with a carelessness and the result has much more harmony of flavors.
Great that you decided to publish about coffee, there are so many people sharing the taste for this drink that it is very fun to have a space to talk about it without feeling obsessed hahaha keep enjoying a lot of good coffee and may this year be full of enough caffeine!

Hi @ninaeatshere!
This is a super super super comment, thank you very much for taking your time to read and comment on my post. Yes, the capacity of this cup is almost half a liter, I think 450 ml, hahaha, so it is a respectable cup of coffee. The proportion is good, the coffee looks cool like this, especially now, when the sleeve is new, my husband bought it at the end of December. When the sleeves have been used for some time, they become "clumped" and the brewing is slower, so the amount of coffee can be reduced to 7 level teaspoons.
That roastery is good, I think it was very regional, very Anzoátegui, but apparently they got more technical, they hired a coffee master, according to this article: https://acn.com.ve/cafanca-q-arabica-grader -us-professionals/ and now they have expanded, of course, I don't know if it is known to other areas of the country, the truth is that the coffee is optimal, I have been consuming it for about 4 years.
Coffee is something delicious and vital in the lives of many, like mine, so I love having shared this experience in this beautiful community.
I hope that 2025 brings you many good things. Greetings!
Welcome to this great community @sirenahippie I've seen that coffee but didn't know if its taste was good, thanks for the review and for that Toronto tip. 😄👍🏻
Hi @alborhada
Thank you very much for your warm welcome. This coffee is delicious, I really recommend it, I like it because it has the exact roasting point and it is an excellent quality coffee. My husband saw the Toronto tip on Instagram and adopted it, and I adopted too, is quite good, although the Toronto does not melt completely, only the superficial layer, but then it is a delight to eat.
Greetings and Happy 2025!
Happy New Year and a big welcome to the community.
I love that cup and the vibrant packaging of the coffee is eye-catching:)))
Hi @millycf1976
Thank you very much for your super welcome to the community. The cup is an old gift, which I really like and the coffee lives up to its packaging, it is excellent.
Happy new year!
Looks very tasty. Buen copy is very tasty. Have a nicer New Year.
It is a high quality Arabica coffee, it is very good. Thanks for your comment. Happy new year to you too @sumaiya777
Ah I love putting a tiny chocolate in my coffee, too! It just gives it a certain special something, doesn't it? :D Lovely post and a big welcome to the community!
It is certainly a delight to add chocolate to coffee, it gives it a unique nuance and depth. Thank you very much @honeydue for your beautiful welcome to the community
Greetings and Happy New Year!
Hello, @sirenahippie !
Your review is very complete!
You have put in this recipe two delicacies: coffee and Toronto.
I am a real fan of this bonbon.
I will definitely try your recipe.
I don't usually drink brewed coffees in a sleeve, because I usually find them too soft for my taste, but with these additions, I'm sure the result is very tasty.
I'll let you know how I did.
Hi @adncabrera
Certainly, coffees made in sleeves can be weak if not enough coffee is added, but this coffee is optimal and gives an excellent flavor. Nostalgia takes over me, although I have a Greek coffee pot, I prefer to use the sleeve to remember Mom.
And well, Toronto is simply the best! and gives a unique touch to the coffee.
Thank you very much for your warm comment, I hope you have a beautiful 2025.
Greetings
Preparing coffee in an artisanal way has its charm, the flavor does not vary much but it is a nice tradition. Ahh if you accompany it with chocolate it is even more delicious.
You are right @mairene1, artisanal coffee has a beautiful and warm energy, and yes, with Toronto it is even better.
Thank you for your nice comment, happy new year.
Greetings!
Wow.. This is a recipe that I might be able to copy.. because my husband happens to like coffee. Thanks for the recipe, sis.
Hi @cacasa26
Your husband will surely love his coffee with a touch of chocolate. You can also add some cinnamon, or simply cocoa powder, which comes without sugar, it gives a great flavor to the coffee.
Thank you for your nice comment, I hope you have a year 2025 full of success, health, and prosperity.
Greetings!
One of the best combinations 🥰.... Loved your mug, the pastel colors and design are great. Thanks for sharing your experience of delicious coffee. Happy new year.

In my life, I would have never thought of adding a Toronto to a coffee. That must taste "brutal," as @aguamiel would say. I'm going to try it one of these days with my colleagues at the office to see how it goes.
By the way... Is that the tiniest cup you have 😆☕.
Hahahahahaha, I have two other bigger ones. I'm sure that you, @aguamiel and your office colleagues will really enjoy this recipe. Just remember to add the Toronto when the coffee is freshly made and very hot, so that it leaves part of its essence in the drink, the rest is to enjoy the coffee and then the chocolate. And yes, it's brutal, well, I like it a lot.
Thank you for visiting me, have a great 2025, with lots of health, prosperity, harmony, love, money and coffee!
this coffee must be tasted
Oh Buen Café!
I love it 💗
One thing I brought in my suitcase when I emigrated was a supply of coffee, but it ran out a long time ago.
Your post is very nice, thanks for sharing.
This coffee is spectacular. I know there are many other good coffees, but where I live I get this one that I love. Thank you for your visit and I hope you get good coffee, which I know is super difficult in others countries. Have a great 2025!
OMG! this post is a brutal temptation.... present two of my favorite flavors: freshly brewed coffee in the cloth strainer and toronto, I imagine the aroma of coffee mixing sweetly with chocolate and finally biting the hazelnut....
You have described it perfectly, both coffee and Toronto go together wonderfully. Thanks for stopping by to visit. Have a super cool 2025. Hugs!
Happy and blessed year, my friend. I share your recommendation, this coffee is very good. I have always had Anzoátegui coffee among my favorites, and now I added Buen café since I tried it for the first time. I love to mix coffee with chocolate but I had not tried it with Toronto. Thanks for this recipe, I'm writing it down now. A hug, and welcome to the community of coffee lovers. ☕♥️🌷
