Excellent Sunday conversation coffee lovers.
Today I come to participate in the new conversation of the week with lots of coffee and flavor. This time we are asked the best time to have breakfast.
Personally I have always had breakfast very late in the morning, the time is approximately 10am. Very early in the day I do not feel like eating, since I just wake up and my body is not prepared enough to receive food, in those early hours, I better have a coffee to fill me with good spirits and energy, then I get ready to do anything else and then eat the usual breakfast.

The same thing happens to me, very early in the morning I don't feel hungry. Although I usually eat breakfast when I come back from taking my daughter to school.
I didn't like to eat anything in the early morning ever since I can remember. I had to train myself to do it because my mother said I needed to eat before going to school. I started liking an early breakfast when I was an adult. Now, it's a polemic issue: some say we shouldn't eat anything in the morning, whereas others think we must eat our breakfast almost as soon as we wake up 🤷🏻♀️
I think we don't need to eat so early if we don't need it or if we're not hungry.
