RE: #CC | a 2-Day Commenting & Networking Initiative

Before i going to sleep, I leave you my participation in the delicious coffee conversation. ☕

From my relationship with coffee I would change the way in which caffeine becomes addictive and when it reaches an exaggerated consumption it can cause health problems such as: insomnia, heart problems, headache, dizziness, dehydration, dependence, among others. This makes us to be careful in the consumption of large amounts of coffee.

As much as I want to consume large quantities of coffee, I must restrain myself, although as I mentioned at the beginning, when our friend caffeine does not want to leave us, that is where the problems come. I have always thought that coffee is good in moderate quantities, it becomes our friend, confidant, energy and encouragement to face the routine life.

Oh, caffeine, don't become my toxic lover! Jejej...

Greetings to all!
Happy sunday 🌞

My heart is with you, hehe.

Sometimes, my husband gives me that look... and then I know it's too soon for another cup of coffee. You're totally right; we can't have all the coffee we want. I hope that could change. (I also wish the arepas didn't make me gain weight, but this is the cruel world we live in.)

The arepas are delicious, so you have to be very careful not to overdo it. A few at a time to satisfy taste. Everything in its balance.

Thank you for leaving your kind comment.
A cup of coffee with arepa.☕

Coffee and arepas, magical combination. You know, if my arepa comes with a cup of coffee, I can be satisfied with an arepita of 80 grams and a good filling.
