Hello, dear and appreciated Cinnamon Cup Coffee community, I hope your days continue surrounded by a good cup of coffee ☺️☕.
Every morning my kitchen is intoxicated with the magic of my most intimate ritual, preparing and enjoying my best companion: coffee. For many years it has been part of my daily life, each cup I put in my hands is an offering of love for my soul, reminding me of the very essence of life, reminding me of the pleasures that give meaning to my existence. Drinking coffee is an act of self-love, it is connecting with myself, anchoring me to the present, it is that connection that allows me to enjoy the aroma, the taste and the relaxing effect it produces in me.
To enjoy the pleasures of life, you do not need a lot of money, you only need to be clear about what makes you happy in this present moment, for me in particular, it makes me happy to have every morning this intimate encounter with my coffee, I do not require luxury, of many riches, I just have to allow myself the necessary time to do my ritual with love every morning, Enjoy that moment of preparation and tasting with the best possible connection, being part of my morning meditation, for a long time they have helped me to start the day with optimism, leaving behind the fear, the anxiety for tomorrow, melancholy for what has already happened. Living in the present time is the attitude I am adopting, the future is uncertain and tomorrow has already happened, therefore, each cup is energy that comforts my soul.
In search of that pleasure, every week I go shopping for my home, this time I went to the municipal market of Cumaná last Friday, in the company of my friend Elizabeth, from time to time we coincide to do our shopping, we decided to make a tour first by each stall. On the way I noticed that there was a stand selling handmade coffee, although at the time I was not interested, from experience of previous years, when our country entered a food crisis and coffee was linked with everything, believe me the sellers at that time were heartless, they did not mind linking it even with ashes, from there my distrust in buying these coffee sellers.
Those ideas vanished with the penetrating aroma that entered through my nostrils, I tried to go on, but I could not, every time I thought of the aroma, it invited me to return, until my subconscious defeated me and made me go back. Before buying, I wanted to be sure if I really wanted that coffee, I engaged in a small conversation with the sellers, I asked them many questions, when I start talking there is no one who stops me 😁, laughter was present after all.
From chatting with the three gentlemen who attended, I learned that this is a product that they buy in grain from various parts, this was brought from Cumanacoa is a town in our state of Sucre, very close to Cumana, although many times they bring it from Maturin, the truth is, that the available had an aroma that makes you fall in love, the dark brown color between light, gave it a nice visual aspect. The good thing is that in this stall you can buy whatever you want, from 50 grams and up, as I come to the market from time to time, I ordered 100 grams to try. According to the owner, if I didn't like the merchandise I could return the coffee, I laughed at that, I told him I was going to use it, dry the used waste and bring it to him, so he would give me more to try, we both laughed at my witticism 🤭. My friend, didn't want to be left behind and was encouraged to buy too, we said goodbye to the three guys, we finished our shopping day.
When I arrived home the first thing I did was to show the coffee I had just bought to my husband Julio, as I arrived a little late, I offered to make coffee for him, he was delighted with the proposal. After resting for a while, I got down to work to prepare the coffee, you know that I make it by hand, I put the water to boil, in the cloth strainer I put 3 spoonfuls of coffee, I poured the water in the strainer, and the symphony of aromas began in my kitchen. The color was a little light for the amount of coffee I had added, but I was not discouraged, I went ahead with the preparation. I offered my husband a cup full of coffee, which he liked very much, it was not the best, but not the worst either, it was acceptable. At that moment I did not try it, since I am not used to drinking coffee in the afternoons, as you know my situation.
The next morning, I set out to prepare a stronger one. You know I like it strong, very black and without sugar. When I tasted it, I liked it ☺️, I will not deny it, I will be willing to try it another time, although I would prefer to buy another variety that I have not tried yet. I have in mind to look for other artisan vendors to support the sale of artisan coffees, as long as it satisfies my expectations, and I also want to compare the characteristics of each artisan coffee tasted. Although I have the idea of buying artisan coffee beans, passing them through the artisan mill of my father-in-law, so I can be sure that they are not linked to anything and have another reference to compare. For now, my motto is: live day by day in the present moment, what really matters to me today, is that I continue tasting my good cup of freshly brewed coffee from my artisan purchase. I hope to be back very soon with another adventure of my coffee reviews, see you soon, I will gladly read your comments 🤗 🥰 ☕.

Ah it's always wise to maintain balance between the things you know and new things you've yet to try :) It sounds like it was a pretty lovely outing!
It was a pleasant outing, you're absolutely right. Prudence in maintaining balance in everything helps us move forward. Thanks for the comment 🤗☕

Thank you, it's a pleasure to share my experience with the community ☕
Yes! I recommend buying the coffee beans. I advise asking if they're already processed, that is, if they're already roasted. If so, then all you have to do is grind them. Ask where the beans come from and when they're harvested.
Ha ha! I already feel like a super expert, and I've only ground them three times, but not what I did with a traditional grinder. I have one, so I'll try it.
Thank you friend, I took note of all your suggestions, I will be careful when buying grains. Try grinding them with a traditional mill, greetings from a distance 🥰☕

You're correct. The simplest things and even the usual routine are already considered luxury. They say that it's a blessing to have these kinds of days - slow, simple, and just laid back. Enjoy your everyday morning ritual with your coffee. :)
Absolutely, the simplest things in our day, done with love, are more enjoyable and bring us well-being. We should give ourselves more time to enjoy ourselves. Life is only one, my morning ritual helps me connect with my soul, I feel like myself, drinking my coffee 😍☕
