I'm curious as to whether you notice any of those benefits after a few months or not. Would be interesting to see if it does actually result in some improved health.

I really think it does, and here's why. Around the same time I started drinking this stuff, I was also taking a neural supplement to supposedly boost brain power. I got a 4 month supply and I took them daily during my work schedule and seemingly saw some great benefits. I forgot to take it for a few days though and other times we were on vacation I didn't have that or the mushroom coffee with me. I was not nearly as productive at work (I worked for a week from the hotel since my job is remote) and when we got back, the first thing I did was drink the mushroom coffee again after 2 weeks of not having any and I immediately saw the benefit's cognitively as well as my stomach and energy levels. I held off taking the brain supplements for a week or so and I only did the coffee and it was amazing.
I finished the brain supplements a few months ago and didn't buy anymore but I continue to drink the mushroom coffee and it's definitely the key here. I also never drank it on weekends because it was a little expensive and I mainly needed it for work. I started drinking it 7 days a week and have noticed a much better benefit of not missing a day in terms of my energy levels, focus and brain clarity.
I'm definitely bringing it on my next vacation that's for sure!
The only caveat is that it is expensive, it's 30$ a bag but I stretch a bag. They say it lasts for 30 days but I usually get 45+ out of it. The first bag I got I got 60 days out of it because I limit the scoop and number of days I was drinking it.
