I'm not big on fasting myself, but this was great information about drinking coconut water during fasting. I haven't tried coconut cream or milk with coffee though, so can't comment on that. Thank you for stopping by!

    It was actually the easiest fast Ive ever done as I never got hungry or had cravings. The coconut water has enough vitamins s and minerals to sustain the body for quite awhile.

    Yes, coconut water is my favourite drink when I'm in the tropics, because I like it fresh from the tree:)
