Light roast is always the way to go… Medium can bring some complex and caramel touch, but pure fruitiness would suit me excellent, just like you prefer it.
It is true that good coffee tends to be the higher quality one. If some crop of green coffee has flows or off flavors, the way to fix it is just to roast it more. 🤷🏻
I haven’t found dark roasted specialty coffee anywhere… 😁
