Saludos a todos los amantes del café, en esta oportunidad voy a compartir una experiencia de hace más de 15 años, pero que aún recuerdo con cariño.
Mis abuelos paternos son del vecino país, Colombia, ellos se mudaron a Venezuela luego de haber tenido sus dos primeros hijos, aunque no conocí a mi abuelo, mi abuela siempre ha consentido a sus nietos en la merienda de la tarde con una taza de café con leche, pero eso es parte de otra historia, en uno de mis viajes a San Cristóbal, una de mis tías junto a su esposo, planificaron visitar a la familia de mi abuelita -y así nosotros conocer su lugar de origen- quienes viven en un pueblito cerca de Pamplona, ubicado en en el departamento fronterizo, el Norte de Santander, antes de llegar allí, pasamos por la ciudad de Pamplona donde viven unas primas, en ese paseo luego de mediodía, nos detuvimos en un restaurante para disfrutar de un aperitivo.

My paternal grandparents are from the neighboring country, Colombia, they moved to Venezuela after having their first two children, although I did not know my grandfather, my grandmother has always spoiled her grandchildren in the afternoon snack with a cup of coffee with milk, but that is part of another story, in one of my trips to San Cristobal, one of my aunts with her husband, They live in a small town near Pamplona, located in the border department, Norte de Santander, before arriving there, we passed through the city of Pamplona where some cousins live, on that trip after noon, we stopped at a restaurant to enjoy an appetizer.
Desde niño he escuchado que en el Caribe se produce el mejor café del mundo y por excelencia Brasil y Colombia, son los exportadores de los mejores café, claro esta yo disfruto mucho el café venezolano, esa tarde cuando me preguntaron que quería, decidí pedir un café negro para poder tener un punto de comparación, al recibir la taza, vi una particularidad que me llamo la atención pero a su vez despertó mi curiosidad, era que la taza aparte de café tenía trozos de queso blanco, que al contacto con lo caliente empezaron a derretirse, claro cada cultura y zona tienen sus costumbres, en mi caso había tomado chocolate caliente con queso, pero en el café nunca.
La sensación que dejo en mi paladar fue algo refrescante y único, no es mi costumbre actualmente beberlo con queso, pero me gusto disfrutarlo de esa forma, y puedo decir que el café colombiano es muy bueno, pero considero que muchas veces para disfrutar de un buen café, aparte del sabor, es con quien lo compartes y esa tarde en familia fue inolvidable, aparte de la buena atención prestada en el local, la amena conversación y esa presentación que me impacto, quería tener no solo en mi memoria ese recuerdo, por eso tome la cámara y buscando la mejor toma, guarde ese delicioso momento en una fotografía y es que la cosas que te gustan son difíciles de olvidar.

The sensation that it left on my palate was something refreshing and unique, it is not my current habit to drink it with cheese, but I liked to enjoy it that way, and I can say that Colombian coffee is very good, but I consider that many times to enjoy a good coffee, apart from the taste, it is with whom you share it and that afternoon with my family was unforgettable, Apart from the good attention given in the place, the pleasant conversation and that presentation that impacted me, I wanted to have not only in my memory that memory, that is why I took the camera and looking for the best shot, I saved that delicious moment in a photograph and the things that you like are difficult to forget.
