My ideal breakfast schedule
Preferably, I like to have breakfast around 8:30 am. At that time I feel that my body is fully prepared for it, and also I already feel quite hungry. I think there is also a bit of suggestion in that schedule, because I heard from one of the most impressive doctors I know, that that is the ideal time for the human body to develop its basic functions optimally at the beginning of the day; and I like to do everything that is good for my health.
On the days that I work I move this schedule a little earlier, that is, by 8:00 a.m. I am already having my breakfast.

When I travel on weekends to my other job, I leave home at 6 am. It's impossible for me to eat at 5 a.m.; besides, I don't usually eat anything before getting on a bus for more than a couple of hours. But when I had an office schedule before the pandemic, I had breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Sometimes the schedule is the boss!

Exactly, even sometimes I have to leave home too early and as I'm a bit of a sleepyhead I don't have time to eat breakfast (I always avoid this but sometimes it happens). The volume of the breakfast depends on the time I have to prepare it
