I went back to one cup a day, morning, back several months as I was not sleeping. It helped. Now I have one around 8am and a second around 10:30 and will only have a third if it is decaffeinated. Sleep is too important to me to have much more coffee. Weekends are a bit different, but the working week means less coffee so I can sleep. 😊

Yeah I hear you and agree that sleep is more important. It seems that the less coffee I drink the better I sleep lol
