It's a great idea, but alas, red tape often squashes such good ideas. I often wonder what it much have been like 122 years ago when one could have an idea and generally make it happen...These days so many factors get in the way.

I would have loved doing that on the weekends, and I happen to have children who would have loved could do that for with me.
