Hello, coffee lovers around the world!

I was sick a few days ago. I spent several days in bed, but I'm feeling better now and ventured out. Abel invited me for coffee.

I was still a little afraid to go for a walk, but I took the risk anyway. It was time to get out of the house.

We sat on the terrace of the Hotel Cadillac. We ordered a couple of coffees and some cookies.

Unfortunately for us, they didn't have cappuccino. However, we were able to share some cortados.

The service at that café is incredible, and the coffee is even better. After so many days of resting at home, there's nothing better than going for a walk and visiting one of our favorite cafés.

Walking did me good. Soaking up the morning sun did me good too. But nothing compares to sitting in a café with a coffee in my hands.

The tiredness from the walk to the Hotel Cadillac's coffee shop vanished immediately after we sat down to chat with a couple of cups of coffee in our hands.

You have no idea how much I enjoyed that coffee. While I had the virus, I couldn't drink coffee; it tasted too bitter.

Those were very long days.

You have no idea how much I longed to be able to drink coffee, but I couldn't.

But it's all over now. The virus was eliminated and I am back on my feet, enjoying the warmth and flavor of a good, freshly brewed coffee.

Hola, amigos del café alrededor del mundo!

Hace unos días estuve enferma. Pasé varios días en cama, pero ya estoy bien y me aventuré a salir. Abel me invitó a tomarnos un café.
Aún temía de poder salir a caminar, pero de igual manera, me arriesgué. Ya era hora de salir de casa.

Nos sentamos en la terraza del Hotel Cadillac. Allí pedimos un par de cafés y unas galletas.
Por desgracia para nosostros, no había capuchino. Sin embargo, pudimos compartir de unas tazas de cortadito.

En aquella cafetería el trato es increíble y el café es incluso aún mejor. Después de tantos días de reposo a mi casa, nada mejor que salir a pasear y visitar una de nuestras cafeterías preferidas.

Caminar me hizo bien. Tomar el sol de la mañana, también me hizo bien. Pero nada se compara con sentarse en una cafetería y tener un café en mis manos.

El cansancio de la caminata hasta la cafetería del Hotel Cadillac se me pasó enseguida después de sentarnos a conversar con un par de tazas de café entre nuestras manos.

No tienen idea de cuánto disfruté de aquel café. Mientras estuve con el virus no pude tomar café, me sabía demasiado amargo.
Fueron días muy largos.
No tienen idea de cuánto deseaba poder tomar café, pero no podía.
Pero ya todo pasó. El virus fue eliminado y estoy nuevamente en pie y disfrutando del calor y el sabor de un buen café recién colado.
