Tui Mo To - A Must-Visit Cafe In Da Lat

Hello everyone, how are you today?
Today I have started my day by having a good cup of coffee at a small but extremely beautiful cafe that I want to share with you right away. In Da Lat, a romantic city in the highlands of Vietnam, there are many beautiful cafes, of which Tui Mo To is a must-see for coffee lovers. Perhaps you will be curious about the name of this cafe. Tui Mo To means big bag of dream because it is likened to a dream place for dreamers.

Where is this cafe located? Although it is located quite far from the center of Da Lat city, about 6km, and located in a small alley, Tui Mo To has a strange attraction to people, especially young people. It is located in alley 31 Sao Nam, ward 11, Da Lat city. In my opinion, you should come here by motorbike because you will have a lot of trouble finding a car park here because it is located on a rather narrow and steep alley.

The cafe is open from 7:30 am. But I didn't know about it since it was my first time coming here. I got here pretty early at 6:30. However, there were also many people who were waiting for the cafe to open at that time. But that's okay, I enjoyed the early morning atmosphere in Da Lat so I went for a walk around to enjoy it. Unlike cafes located in bustling areas in the city center, Tui Mo To cafe is located in a peaceful area, so walking to explore the surrounding area is also very refreshing.

Okay, now let's go inside this cafe. Considered as "one of the virtual living paradises" of Da Lat, Tui Mo to cafe has a vintage style. My childhood memories of 90s houses came back as soon as I walked through the gates of this cafe. I had the feeling of entering a world from many years ago. There is no rush, hustle and bustle of modern life. Everything here goes smoothly and peacefully. Behind the small gate is a space that is not too big but just enough and cozy with a lovely garden of daisies in front of the yard. Small wooden walkways will lead us to different corners of the cafe. I especially like the simple and rudimentary items here. Small and old wooden tables and chairs, doorways, potted plants and bookshelves all help me feel close to nature. It is the small vitage space with the warm light of the cafe that creates a closer and more cozy atmosphere. There's nothing better than starting the day with stories and coffee with our folks at this cozy cafe.

And another thing I really like about this cafe is its green space. The owner has arranged a lot of different plants and flowers thoughout the space of the cafe. There are many of them that I don't even know. There is nothing more wonderful than sitting and sipping a cup of coffee at a small table surrounded by many green trees in the early morning for nature lovers like me. The scent of coffee and the aroma of plants and flowers blend together and spread throughout every corner of the cafe.

After finishing with a delicious cup of coffee and a fragrant passion fruit cake, I went around to discover more about the cafe. In addition to the cozy and intimate indoor space for chatting, it also has open spaces with super beautiful views of the valley area with many greenhouses growing vegetables and flowers and Lang Biang mountain in the distance. Outdoor space is really a great place for those who love to see and enjoy nature. A little bit of warm sunshine in the chilly early morning weather in Da Lat along with the open space and beautiful panoramic view made me understand why this cafe is always a hot and favorite destination of many tourists to Dalat.

Hey @dodovietnam, what an awesome post!
Beautiful photos, stunning views, and that cake with rosemary garnish is an idea I never would have thought of:)
I had a vintage green lamp, just like that one in the photo. My husband was so fascinated by the fact that he could touch it to turn it on:)
Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you very much for your lovely words @millycf1976. I'm always happy to be here.
Your lamp is cool. I also have an old one but it doesn't work any more, it now becomes a decorated item.
