Now I'm curious what would be the thought process of picking a coffee given a long list of choices that are located nearby.

Price and marketing play a big role. The shops’ appealing marketing strategies or promotions could sway my decision, if there’s a cool new blend or brewing method that I find interesting. Plus, if I see any good reviews or recommendations from friends, that would totally influence my choice. We wanted to try something different that day, but ended up choosing a shop with a short line 😄
