Humanity and peace coffee shop

Even though the official name Thoi Thanh Xuan is likewise quite lovely, I call it the "Kind" shop. It's worth noting that the entire workforce is deaf (speak and hear), and the debt is unpaid. Depending on how you feel, you choose the price for yourself. Mr. Luan, the shop's owner, has renovated and refurbished his little wooden house in Da Lat city, creating work for deaf friends and other socially disadvantaged persons. You offer drinks as well as things (handmade) that you have created.

To be honest, the government does not provide much assistance or social support to these people (not too surprising for a socialist country). They have a difficult time finding work and getting a decent education, which puts their perseverance to the test.

It is just a basic cottage, with green and tranquil area, located down a slope near to Bao Dai palace (resort of Vietnam's last monarch). When I was about to approach the gate, I noticed that there were no doors to lock; they didn't do this because they were frightened of theft, but because they believed in human kindness.

As soon as I went through that symbolic gate, the lovely aroma of essential oils enchanted me. It's lit in the first room, which has a wide range of essential oil goods.

Physical gestures are used by the personnel to communicate with one another, while a pen and a little piece of paper are used to interact with clients. Herbal tea with cake (lotus tea, artichoke, jasmine, etc.) and local coffee are the most popular beverages here.

This location, in my opinion, is best for morning tea (i prefer morning coffee). The table and chair arrangement is not too close together, and alternating small plants, paired with gentle instrumental music and the aroma of essential oils, will make me feel strangely comfortable and relaxed.

I went for a walk about to see the intriguing sights, such as the large wall covered in small sticky notes left by visitors with a few encouraging remarks. The dried pine cones are amusingly hung, and the dog is friendly but occasionally lies indifferently on a chair he has won and sleeps comfortably.

Your handmade products, such as soaps, bracelets, bag necklaces, and essential oils, are kept in the second room. A thoughtful gift for returning clients, as well as a supportive gesture for those of you who live an active lifestyle.

The owner's confession is shared on the restaurant's Facebook page: "The crew here does not want to be called deaf; instead, they prefer to be called deaf. Because naming the deaf respects them and allows them to think in their own way rather than ours." Come here to find serenity in a tumultuous existence and to plant seeds of kindness with others.

I was given a zero-dollar note, and there was a small wooden container near the bar counter, depending on how you felt and how happy you were when you arrived.

To help me sleep better,I purchased a little 30ml essential oil bottle; you can sample each scent to see which one you prefer. When I ask for permission to take her picture, she is also extremely excited and smiling, yet she is shy and shy. This is a truly wonderful and relaxing location. I admire him for his selfless compassion, which has enabled many others to be happy and enjoy life. It's a truly stunning location.

If you're in Da Lat, Vietnam, don't forget to stop by and get a cup of hot tea. It is located at 9 Trieu Viet Vuong Street in Da Lat, Vietnam.

Oh I can't wait to visit! Thanks for a great post. We're hoping for Vietnam in 2022 and Da Lat is most definitely on my list!!

I love these kind of unique places that celebrate community and people. And beautiful handmade things... and coffee. Love Vietnamese coffee!

Da Lat is a wise choice, the weather is mild, the landscape is beautiful. Interesting places of history, religious architecture where you can easily find it on the web. And the out door locations are not on travel websites if you need them, I will share them for your reference or in some of my upcoming articles.
In addition, if you like the sea, you can refer to Da Nang (where I live).
Thank you for the lovely comment
