And it's true, sometimes after a long day, all you need is a coffee and a bit of peace

I'll start with a quick confession... And that is, I think I owe a debt to this community. Honestly, I can't explain why I publish so few posts in this niche... I'm a coffee lover, especially black and strong coffee and some types of lattes and cappuccinos.... Someday I will catch up with you. The truth is, these lines describe the time a girl experiences in a modest bakery/café in her neighbourhood. With a lot of introspection, but with the ideal ‘company’; silence....

And about this last one I wish to speak more extensively .... You see, lately it's kind of frowned upon for girls to be silent or to keep quiet. In part, I agree with and support this position, but silence is not the same as silence for reasons of imposition or censorship as it is for reasons of choice. Sometimes loneliness is the rule rather than the exception. We tend to understand what happens to us through the meaning and acceptance of opposites.

So, either everything is ‘positive’ or its immediate opposite: a total disaster? And the truth is that very few things fall within such extreme definitions. Being alone, at times, is reflective and necessary. While coffee shops are places to socialise and even to be seduced, they are also a place to disconnect from a strenuous day. Or, to spend three hours reading several chapters of that book you could never finish at home...

Looking for peace is not isolation or the longing for that anguish that overwhelms us.... Forgive me, but at least for me, exhausting the time of an absurdly repetitive and stressful week in a place that only gives you positive stimuli is magical, necessary and unpostponable. Behind the anecdotes I relate here are the feelings of a girl who is not satisfied with the repetition of a repetition... And yes, let's face it, sometimes the life of an adult in her 30's and something can lack innovative emotions...

Ageing is enjoying time in a coffee shop? You be the judge. For me, it's a caress to the soul. Sometimes even the places that are most familiar to us, like our homes, feel inadequate. It takes the murmur of strangers and the ever-present smell of whole coffee beans being ground. The delicate balance between the air conditioning and the natural light that keeps the place warm. It is the smallest details where beauty gives way to comfort... Which is subjective, needless to say... But as this is my story, well, this is also my vision.

Strange, you know? Because I was planning on going out to work out but after a few laps of cardio, I was convinced to go to that much-loved coffee shop. I have no regrets, and frankly, it worked. Sometimes, after an exhaustive day of responsibilities, stress and stress, even sex isn't enough.... Just connect with yourself, give yourself the pleasure you need (coffee, silence and peace) and then everything will feel so much more bearable. We live in a complicated world when it comes to communication, let's be sensible and dignified with ourselves: what are you waiting for? Go get that coffee and do yourself a favour, treat yourself.

Hello! I Totally agree sometimes you just need a coffee, I really enjoyed reading you. Greetings 💖

Did you find my post reliable and entertained? Well, Thanks! Really kind of you 🖤

A very good reflection that you make on this day, there are times when we need to do an introspection and analyze our lives and what we are looking for in this fleeting walk.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕

Excelente start weekend.

Oh thanks for that! I hope thus weekend will be lovely.

We live in a society that does not support direct or objective points of view. But those who have criteria can grow. Whatever the genre.

If we are talking about objetive facts, you can say an opinion, of course, but it won't change the results... If you have a perspective, well there will be always a tiny little breach to... Nice comment, though. Salida, @neruel !
