Today we arrived early as we do every Friday at the mountain house. It is routine to check the plants, feed the animals, talk to the flowers, to the people who take care of the house and it is also customary to have a delicious breakfast accompanied by great coffee.

I almost forgot to drink my first glass of water of the day. For me, it's the first drink before coffee, so I went for water before...

The coffee plant continues to grow beautifully like the others, the water from the rain in the last few days has brought great benefits, unfortunately, the sun has also imposed itself and between one thing and another, the sun has won.

The expected breakfast was ready and served. Hot coffee was anxiously awaiting us, we carried on the conversation while eating and something unpleasant frustrated the breakfast. The coffee was horrible!

The coffee was more unpleasant than the news about the lack of water hahaha but well. As we Venezuelans say ¡Tremendous failure!

Obviously the coffee was well prepared, the problem was the coffee that we bought did not taste like a stick, an insipid, unpleasant, totally boring flavor.

It is not the first time that the same thing has happened to me, in other opportunities it has been the same, in Venezuela, this problem becomes daily, there are so many brands of coffee and so many people commercializing the product that one does not know which one to choose and with which of them to guarantee its purity.

We ended the breakfast regretting the incident but still enjoying and blessing the day that God gave us.

Muchos saludos para la gente cafetera en este día.. Hoy llegamos bien temprano como todos los viernes a la casa de la montaña. Ya es rutina revisar las plantas, dar de comer a los animales, hablar con las flores, con las personas que cuidan la casa así como también ya es costumbre hacernos un rico desayuno acompañado del gran café.Ya casi olvidaba tomar mi primer vaso de agua del día. Para mi, es la primera bebida antes del café así que fui por el agua antes de... Mientras preparaba el desayuno escuchaba la tertulia de mis acompañantes y del señor que cuida la casa. No hay agua en el pozo o están tapadas de barro decía. Ya los tanques están casi vacíos y quienes se afectarán serán la plantas. La planta del café sigue creciendo hermosa al igual que las demás, el agua de la lluvia en los últimos días le aportan grandes beneficios, lamentablemente, el sol también se ha impuesto y entre una cosa y otra, el sol ha vencido. El esperado desayuno estuvo listo y servido. El café caliente nos esperaba con ansiedad, seguimos la conversación mientras comíamos y algo desagradable frustró el desayuno. ¡El café era horrible! Fue más desagradable el café que la noticia por la falta de agua jajaja pero bueno. Como decimos los venezolanos ¡Tremendo embarque! Obviamente el café estaba bien preparado el problema fue el café que compramos no sabía a palo, un sabor insípido, desagradable, totalmente aburrido. No es la primera vez que me pasa lo mismo, en otras oportunidades ha sido igual, en Venezuela, este problema se vuelve cotidiano, son tantas marcas de café y tanta gente comercializando con el producto que no sabe uno cual escoger y con cual de ellos garantizar su pureza. Terminamos el desayuno lamentando el incidente pero de igual manera disfrutando y bendiciendo el día que Dios nos regaló.
