Recipee of matar pulao

MATAR PULAO:

INGREDIENTS:


Rice- 1/2 kg
Fresh st garden peas- 1 packet 450 gm
Oil - 3/4 cup
Onion slice - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1tsp
Cloves - 6 to 8
Kaali mirch - 6 to 8
Daar cheeni - 2 sticks
Bari elaichi - 1
Choti elaichi - 5
Jaifal javitri powder - 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Salt - to taste
Crushed black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Kewra - few drops

METHOD:


Pateeli mai oil add kr k piyaz fry kren. Ab is mai zeera aur tamam garam masala daalen. Fresh st garden peas aur ginger garlic paste add kren aur 2 cup paani daal kr mater galayen. Jb mater gal jaye tou is mai rice k lihaz se pani daalen aur jaifal javitri powder air crushed black pepper add kr den. Jb ek boil ajaye tou us mai adhay ghntay bheegy huay rice add krlen. Pani itna daalen k chawal se ek inch upr rhy. Ab lid lga kr taiz aanch pr pakne den. Jb saara pani dry hojaye tou 10 min k liye dam par rkh den. Akhir mai fried onion phela den aur kewra daal k flame off krden.
