Lauki ki bhujia - it's finger lickin' good :D
Ingredients:
Bottle gourd (lauki) - 1 kg
Onion - 2 medium sized
Tomato - 2 medium sized
Green chillies- 4
Chopped garlic - 6-8 cloves
Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli flakes - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - as per requirement
Water - 1/2 cup
Method :
In a wok take oil , add chopped onion , cumin seeds and chopped garlic, fry till it turns golden. Then add chopped tomatoes stir fry them then start adding salt , red chilli flakes and turmeric powder .finally add small cubes of lauki and chopped green chillies cook them for 5mins on low flame then add half cup water, cover the wok and keep it on low flame till lauki is done and oil comes up. Sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
Enjoy with garam chapati ;-)
