Chicken ka saada salan
With boiled rice and moong masoor daal
This recipe was shared by saima Saqib and definitely a very flavorful easy and light recipe that can be incorporated easily in our daily menus.

1 chicken cut in 12 pieces
2 big onions sliced and fried till crisp and golden
Blend together
1 cup yogurt, Fried onions, 1 tablespoon each of salt, chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, 1 tsp dhania powder, half tsp pisa garam masala and 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut milk powder (you can add finely ground desiccated coconut instead of powder).
Heat half cup oil, add the blended mixture bhonofy for a couple of minutes then add chicken and bhonofy till oil separates. Add 2 cups water and let it cook on medium flame till done. Adjust gravy as per your taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander and big green chillies.
Moong masoor daal
Wash and boil half cup masoor daal and quarter cup moong daal with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garlic paste till tender.
Blend it with a stirrer and add water as to adjust the consistency. We like patli daal...😊
Boil it thoroughly.
Heat 3 tablespoon oil, tamper some white cumin and button chillies and add in the daal.
Serve with white rice.
