Cuando estoy cocinando, es costumbre que a cada utensilio que toco, cada condimento que agrego y cada alimento que toco sienta el impulso de lavarme las manos, tengo un toc con tener siempre las manos limpias, sobre todo cuando estoy cocinando, así como hace el bizcocho, si estoy armando una hamburguesa, con cada capa que le coloco, necesito ir a la canilla y lavarme las manos, incluso si no toque nada. No sé si es una virtud o un fetiche molesto, la cuestión es que la higiene es muy importante, no sé si de forma exagerada, pero quisiera saber, ¿quién más se lava las manos a cada rato? ¡Los leo en los comentarios!

I have the same issue as you with washing my hands all the time, especially when I cook. I love cooking, but I like the environment I cook in to be clean and tidy, so I clean and tidy as I cook, just like we see Bizcochito doing in the video. By the way, approaching everyday issues with a bit of humour really resonates with people.
The truth is that here in Spain, I took a food handling course, and it taught me a lot more than I already knew about the importance of cleanliness, especially hand hygiene, to prevent cross-contamination and spoilage of food. Yo detesto tener las manos sucias jaja me empiezo a sentir incomoda y tengo que lavarmelas a cada rato 😂 en la cocina siempre higiene y espacio, no puedo tener todas las ollas y utensilios por ahi desparramados, me desespera jajaja 😂 con la comida soy muy delicada (hincha bolas mejor dicho 😂)
Al menos Bizcochito es limpito, una buena tenia que tener jajaja 🐧

Hay que lavarse las manos todo el tiempo y debajo de las uñas no puede haber ni un solo churrecito. 😂 Esa es una de las razones por las que no me gustan las uñas largas.

Bueno en mi humilde análisis no es un toc jajaja porque ya estuvieras con las manos en mero huesos, pero si es algo que está más allá de la higiene algo paso allá por eso lo haces, digo yo sin oficio opinando sin saber un carajo de nada, yo me lavo las manos cuando voy a comer jajajaa y ya entonces soy lo contrario jajajaja jajajajaj jajajaja todo en exceso es malo ajjajaa incluyendo me
jajajaja quiza sea algo de familia, aqui mi mama y mi abuela eran extremadamente limpias, nunca les gusto el desorden ni la mugre, asi que supongo que creci con eso en mente, aunque puede fallar porque a veces hay familias muy limpias, pero los hijos o nietos son unos cochinotes jajajajaja todo en exceso es malo, sino, se gastan las manitas de tanto lavarlas ok no 😂

En cuanto a tu pregunta,qué te puedo decir? Yo creo que ya me estoy quedando sin huellas digitales. A cada momento tengo que lavar las manos cuando estoy trabajando con las tortas y sobre todo la limpieza e higiene es algo primordial, especialmente cuando se tiene un negocio de comida. 😀
