Navigating Career Paths: My Recent Google Searches for Jobs, Skills, and AI Opportunities

If you look at my last searches on Google, they are job-related searches, and this is because I am now a graduate and now entering into the world where I would need to earn for a living without having to be fully dependent on Hive.

My last search history, "Machine Learning Companies in Lagos" was because I was trying to find a company related to ML where I can submit my resume in order to use it as my place of primary assignment when I go for service.

At the moment, I am between two crossroads and that is, either I should go for service immediately or wait for a while to sharpen my skills and search for a company that I would use as my PPA for service. I have been thinking about this for some moment because in a few weeks or a month, I would definitely have to make that decision.

Finding a company where I would work during service would greatly influence where I would want to have my service. Personally, I am not comfortable leaving my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) placement location to chance. I don't want to find myself in a location where I would face through a lot of challenges, I mean challenges mostly related to housing and living.

I am also trying to avoid issues with PPA as well, I don't want to spend the time teaching in High School when I can be using that time to either build my skills as a person or make myself valuable out there. I see many corpers sent to teach and I wonder how their life will feel like after the service is over. I don't want that same fate.

My second search history is https://rxresu.me. I was trying to type in the website but came out as a google search instead. The website is used to make resumes for free, and it has good looking templates. Let me take you through the website.

When you choose to create a new resume, you will find a lot of templates you can choose from, I choose this template because of its simplicity and clarity, not having a lot of colors like the way other templates may be.

As for my third Search: "Django Backend Jobs"

I wanted to know the number of job offers still available for Django, This is because, as a data scientist or machine learning engineer, you would have to learn a backend framework at the end. There are options like Django, Flask and Fast API. But the truth I have come to learn is that no job out there would require you to have just one skill per say. Moreover, having an additional skill would position you well in the job market.

and for my last search: "Top AI enthusiasts in Nigeria"

I made that so that I could see people that I could follow and learn from in the field of AI. I needed people to look up to and learn from.
