iPhone or Android. Which side of the fence are you on, and why? Tell us what made you stick to it (or switch). Is it the design, features, or just habit? How does your pick fit into your digital lifestyle and reflect who you are? Let's reblog too...

For the past hundred years of my life on this planet... Lol, I have been on Android and I think it is safe to say I am stuck to it for as long as I will need a working phone. Does it mean that if I can afford an iPhone, I would not go for it, or does it mean that if I am gifted I would not appreciate it? Well, maybe or maybe not but here is the thing, I am not a freak about most of the things that make people get attracted to a particular phone, and for someone who is a simple girl and wants to live a stress-free life as much as possible.

I don't think that if I had to switch, I would let go of my Android phone for an iPhone. It wouldn't be a bad idea having an iPhone to be able to get access to most of its features but regardless, I would still stick to my Android because I know most high-end Android phones can do a good and clean job as iPhones would. No, doubt iPhones are a good brand with good features but most of the Android brands are doing a good job as well and upgrading where necessary.

It doesn't mean that I am trying to eradicate or neglect what iPhones can do but for my kind of person, I would prefer to choose something simple but worth it and wouldn't give me stress than choose something expensive but constantly keeping me my toes, just maybe if I can afford an iPhone, it would serve as a collateral damage or something I can fall back to when I need it features but my android phone will be my working and importance asset and would likely be treasures more because it will contain a lot.

Now here is the thing, when iPhones weren't yet a big deal, it did not trip me, it was just there, like every other phone or brand I don't get to give two cents about and yeah, it was hyped more because of its quality of the picture but except that, it did not freak me and of course, I knew I could get other phones to give my what I wanted and news flash, I wasn't a picture person, so I didn't care.

What broke the camel back was when I started hearing so many negative reviews about the battery, how the phone packs up, and all of those little thing that never bother an Android user, and I knew it was never going to be for my kind of person, I mean, why would I want to go through such stress when I could just gather enough money to get better and stress-free android brands and enjoy my life as long as I am alive.

I would prefer to pack my money and get a good high-end Android, if those two are placed in front of me, then pack my money to get an iPhone, an iPhone for me can only be a third choice if not the last choice, which is after I have gotten a good android phone and just needed to purchase another phone to add to the one I have. Why would I want an iPhone as a first choice and still feel frustrated and uncomfortable when I could get an Android and be excited?

I am a little businesswoman in the sense that, if I had gotten an iPhone maybe three years ago, when I wanted to get a phone with my #hive money, I am not sure I would still be using the phone today, and I am not sure I would have had as much as I have generated from my android phone if I was using an android phone. Without much exaggeration, I am quite sure I have made so much profit using my Android phone to write on the hive and do all other profits than I would have made if I was using an iPhone phone and let's not smirk about their space, it's damn on another level stress and heartbreak I am not willing to undergo.

I do get it, the iPhone should not be compared to an Android phone, The iPhone has its great features and advantages, but for my kind of person, I am not and never going for an iPhone as a first choice, android will always be my first choice and important working tool while iPhone can come as an addition because they've all got their different great features and I do know that there is this pride or perhaps confidence that comes with owning an iPhone in our society today.

Thank you for reading through!

I hope you know that there are android phones out there that cost the same amount and even more than most iPhones? There are lots of brands that deliver high-end products, and i don't think that using an iPhone would ever stifle your productivity except you let it. It's all a matter of choice and needs, all the same.

Good take on why you choose Android over an iPhone. For me it is still iPhone or nothing else.
