Hello how are you all and have a nice day wherever you are and given health in carrying out today's activities, as usual Friday has arrived again and I have prepared two beautiful mushrooms that I will display in the #FungiFriday Community organized or by @ewkaw today.

Yesterday I was looking for mushrooms in a small forest there I saw some rotting dead trees, and there I looked around to see some beautiful and unique mushrooms on some of these rotten pieces of dead wood because mushrooms usually thrive after the rainy season.

And it was not in vain that yesterday I found two very beautiful and unique mushrooms that thrive on this rotten wood, and at that time I immediately took my camera and macro lens to be able to take several points of view of these two mushrooms in different places.

The two mushrooms that I found yesterday are Sarcoscypha occidentalis and Oudemansiella mucida types, and these two mushrooms that I will immortalize this Friday to mushroom lovers and I hope you like them and can enjoy them.

Sarcoscypha occidentalis, commonly known as the stalked scarlet cup or the western scarlet cup, is a species of fungus in the family Sarcoscyphaceae of the Pezizales order. Fruit bodies have small, bright red cups up to 2 cm (0.8 in) wide atop a slender whitish stem that is between 1 to 3 cm (0.4 to 1.2 in) long.Wikipedia

This fungus will usually thrive on dead wood pieces during the rainy season because this fungus Sarcoscypha occidentalis really likes cold places, and at that time I took several points of view from this fungus as you can see below.
