PHOTOGRAPHY | The Sclerodermatacea Species

in FungiFriday3 years ago
Hello all friends, hopefully always healthy and happy... This post is my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw. Here are some pictures I share, hopefully useful...

My post for this issue is a spherical mushroom I found in the forest towards the foot of the mountain. At first, I thought it was animal droppings. As I approached, I realized that this was a collection of mushrooms.

Physically, this mushroom is shaped somewhat round but not perfect. And the growth of colonies and there is almost no gap between each other. On the outside it looks like leather and some of them are split at the top.

From the existing literature, this fungus is called stump pullball and also has several other names according to the region. This fungus has the scientific name Scleroderma from the Sclerodermatacea family. And has many species in the world. Some of them are edible and some are poisonous source.

Thank you for your support...

The Hivebuzz proposal already got an important support from the community. However, it lost its funding few days ago and only needs a few more HP to get funded again.

May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work this year?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency, or using HiveSigner.

Your support would be really helpful and you could make the difference! Thank you!Dear @pieasant, we need your help!
