My contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw will be a small selection of fungi / mushrooms I found in a wood and a graveyard in the south of The Netherlands some years ago. ๐๐๐
I just got my first DSLR camera and was still learning how to use it. (Canon Eos550D)
Iโm Excited to be here and share with you all these older photos. I will search in my photos for more fungi photosโฆ ๐I do have many.
The first photos are from the forestโฆ
A fly agaric
Here I found a really cute small mushroom in the moss. Hidden away, like a treasureโฆ. It had just rained and everything was still wet in this spot. And droplets rolled down along the grashalmen.
I also found this Calocera viscosa /Yellow Stagshorn. Never seen it before, itโs a wood rotting fungus. It just peaked through the leaves.
The next fungi I found on a graveyard. They where everywhere next to the paths and a grass field .

hi @littlebee4 I didn't find mushrooms, even though today it's good for us to share content about mushrooms. Youre lucky to be able to photograph mushrooms.

I am very sorry, even though I have tried to find it, maybe in my area there are no suitable mushrooms for me to share.

Ok, I understand now that you have a hard time finding mushrooms.
Iโm in Europe. Before I lived in the Netherlands and now in Spain.
In the Netherlands there are way more mushrooms than here in the South of Spain now. So miss autumn now. But if I go to forests I try to find them. They are fascinating.

Now a shy question - do you also paint mushrooms? :p I did some silly drawings some time ago and probably should go back to it. It would be cool to see other types of posts besides photography on Fridays.
Those little Yellow Stagshorn is something I would really love to find myself one day. Wasn't lucky so far.

No I havenโt painted mushrooms yet, just 2 paintings of snails. But I do love out of the box subjects, you donโt see much. So why not. I will paint some mushroomsโฆ canโt promise when though. But soon ๐ I will for sure at the painting oneโs ready to FungiFriday!
