FungiFriday ~ A small mushroom next to my veggie beds 🍄‍🟫

Hi all 👋🏻

Today I want to share with you what I found this morning when I checked on my veggies 🥒 in the garden.
A cute small “white and yellow” mushroom. Standing tall, reaching for the sun ☀️after a long rainy day 🌧️yesterday.

The following 7 photos are taken with my phone 😎 on 12 July 2024 this morning.

Let’s have a look at what I found now :

See how tall and cute it is, reaching for the sun. Still many clouds around today, but occasionally the sun breaks through ☀️😊

Around the veggie beds I made path ways with tree bark. And on the edges I put down some birch trees that I found fallen down in our forest. (I will show you what I build as a #veggiegarden soon… as the #veggies are slowly growing… it's a whole new experience actually, trying to grow in 64N 😉)

The mushroom that I found is just next to one of the birch tree trunks 😁

It is standing in the few longer grasses that I will trim down tomorrow, when all dried a bit more. I will leave the mushroom of course 😎 to admire a bit longer 🥰

You can see the top of the cap is yellow.

It was such a surprise this morning finding this mushroom 🍄‍🟫 Hope I will find many more… 😊
