How are the passionate followers of this wonderful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨: What a joy to have found these beautiful mushrooms and to have participated in this wonderful ¨FungiFridayContest¨: by my friend @ewkaw. I love this initiative, because thanks to it I have met many people from all over the world, who every Friday show us the species of mushrooms that exist in the area where they live, this is what I am passionate about participating every week

How great it feels to walk around the property, especially when on your walks you discover beautiful species of mushrooms. The first species of mushroom that I want to show you I found on the trunk of a cut tree, there generally grows a family of mushrooms called ¨Polyporaceae¨: This family of mushrooms has many genera, and this ¨black¨ ¨ledge-type¨ mushroom, I don't really know which genus it belongs to; It could well be part of the genus ¨Trametes¨: and again the dilemma arises, to which species in particular it belongs

The second discovery is also full of mystery, since, on the trunk of a fallen tree, when I turned it over I noticed many different species of fungi. Some small round ones that look like the ones known as ¨ball¨ of ¨ear¨, but honestly I don't think it has any relation to that mushroom, another species of mushrooms that were there are known as ¨Parasola-auricoma¨: As they are very small mushrooms, and we couldn't see them well even when we got close, there may be some error when identifying them, that's why I always recommend that everyone do their own research when finding some type of mushroom, especially if they are thinking of preparing a recipe with them

As the path I had taken to walk was coming to an end, I decided to retrace my steps and choose one that took me in another direction, on this path it is very common to find a mushroom that appears and disappears by season. This is a fungus that we know here by the name of ¨Judas-ear¨: This is one of those fungi that grow on the surface of wood

I have to say that because it is a seasonal fungus, this year the¨Auricularia-auricula-judae¨: have taken over the property, since wherever you go, wherever you walk, you find this species of fungus. For those who are passionate about cooking, you should know that they are edible mushrooms, and you can prepare endless recipes. Great to include our ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ in our hikes as we are always prepared to photograph the things that catch our attention in the reserve
