This is actually a continuation of my previous #FungiFriday post. Why is that? Because the place and the rusty orange spore mushrooms (Gymnopilus sp.) are the same objects as the mushrooms that I posted last Friday.
I was lucky because after I photographed the juvenile mushrooms on the first day, I came back the next day and found that there had been significant changes in the mushrooms.
A very striking difference was seen in the physical juvenile mushrooms, which were purple in color, and the next day the mushrooms turned orange with expanding hats like slices of burger bread....and what was miraculous was that at that time I saw mushroom spores like flour flying from their gills. Damn it! I forgot to capture it on video, and that is a regret.
The unexpected thing was that while I was busy taking pictures, an uninvited guest passed by. Yes, Mr. Snail, this guy is so cute! I asked him to be my model, and he didn't seem to mind that. I picked up this guy and put him on the mushroom. He looked quite handsome when he was up there.
This guy told me he was in a hurry on some business, and if I was done clicking photos, he should excuse himself and leave. Surely I can't stop him other than by letting him go.
Less than a minute after Mr. Snail left, another uninvited guest also came. This one is a thread-legged insect. This time I didn't ask him to be my model; he volunteered to be one himself. Do all kinds of insects enjoy having their picture taken? I thought it was just a coincidence.
This shroom sticks like tacks in hardwood. The cap is rusty, but you will know that it is very soft when you touch it.
I try to imagine if they were burger buns stuck to the cliff of the hill, I would have picked them all up and brought them home. But that is only if you are not preceded by a horde of wild boars or squirrels. Wild boar? They probably couldn't because they couldn't climb the cliff walls. Squirrel? I think maybe. LOL!

Happy #FungiFriday! :)
Thanks @ewkaw. It was taken when the sun was hot, but it was good that the spot was in a dim environment, and the sunlight only shone on the shrooms :)
