Rather an illusion that feels real from the physical perspective/aspect. Either way, it is not really real. We are not really physical. We existed before we was born on Earth, and we continue to exist after our physical human bodies die. What we call born and death are actually transitions. Time does not really exist either. There is only the present and the eternity. Infinite, endless time. So time is actually unmeasurable, and it is an illusion too.
