Based on my experience and knowledge about staking on crypto blogging platforms,staking helps the staker to be able to earn rewards on their investments via curating,which is a cool form of investment...
Curating on a platform like the hive platform would also be a good way to earn profits on an investment on the hive blockchain and it was something i have interest in also..
But recently i have come to realize that staking on POB seems to be more rewarding than staking on HIVE after my observations and analysis of both tokens/platforms...
Let us do the maths,for example if you have 10000 hive you can be able to get 10000 Hive power and that will make each upvote at 100% voting strength to get a curation rewards of less than 1hive per upvote...lets assume the user upvotes 11 times in every 24 hours at 100% voting strength to be able to maintain their voting power then they will earn around less than 11hive as curation rewards and in a month they will earn less than 300hive per month,on an investment of 10000hive...
10000hive is equal to around $5600 based on the current price,so 300hive in a month will be equal to about 150$ which is less than 3% of the investment of 5600dollars that the investor staked......
Now lets assume the investors decides to invest the same $5600 to buy hive and gets 10000hive and decide to use the 10000hive to purchase POB ,at the current conversion rate,1 POB is equal to around 0.50hive so that means 10000Hive will give the investor 20000POB...
Now when the investor stakes the 20000POB,they will get 20000POB power..
Now how much is the worth of a single upvote per 100% voting strength with 20000POB power worth??currently each upvote of a 20000 POB power is worth an average of 20POB per 100% upvote...so if the users upvotes at 100% voting strength and upvotes 11 times in 24hrs that means they will be able earn a curation reward of around 110POB and in a month that will be around 3300POB earned.....lets assume the investors decides to convert it to cash,based on the current conversion of rate of POB to hive it means that the 3300POB will be equal to 1600Hive based on the current conversion rate...
So it means an investment of 10000hive led to a profit of 1600hive which is equal to around 800$ ,so it means that on an investment of 5600 dollars the investor earned a profit of 800dollars which is around 15% of the investor...
If the investor invest on hivepower he or she will get less than 3% on their investments monthly...but if the investor invests on POB power,then he or she will earn 15% on their investmemts....so investing on POB gives better return...

The APR of POB is still the highest today but after halving, the reward will be a half too. I hope the price will also rise after halving because POB is fixed supply like bitcoin 21 million POB token.

Your analysis is right and well detail enough, am sure it will help the new members or even the old ones here on how to go about which one to invest it between pob and hive.

Apparently so, but POB is part of Hive, so... Hive (in general) yields more (if you put enough time into it).
If staking on pob has more reword than hive That is another good new to me.thanks for the update
