Can't the marine biologist do something about it?
Something like getting hold of the two different genders of baijis and causing them to mate, that way more of the baijis would be produced.

A legacy of 20million years can't just go down like that in the drain.

Actually, I heard they have but in 2006 unfortunately the baiji they conserved died and that was when they announced it was "extinct" but, there have been reported sightings of the creature so let's hope they'll be able to find and help them🙏

I hope so. I'd love to have a physical look .
