Using my divine artistic eyes😅, that piece looks like the are shaking hands in an exciting manner. That hand shake you give to a Fri you haven't seen for a long while.
Or it could be them playing a game which involves the hand, which brings to my mind the 'from the east to the west to the north and south' game
