Its no more a doubt. Most people are addicted to their electronic devices. Research has shown that billions of people use electron devices and gadgets daily and two hundred million of those people are addicted.
I know people who can't stay without their mobile devices for a day. I was once there and honestly, I too a whole lot for me to get detached.
You'd agree with me that the first thing we do in the morning after praying is checking or mails or messages. Some people watch their early morning shows online. Electronic addiction is quite inevitable.
Have we ever thought how we could avoid being addicted? Or do you lie in the class of those who are happy being addicted with the excuse that the world is becoming digitalized?
No one is doubting the fact that it's becoming a digital world…..and so what?. I don't mean to sound archaic but getting addicted is not an option.
Taking a break from time to time won't hurt. Taking a walk, getting fresh air, meditating, reading a book, spending time with family and friends and totally avoiding your gadget for a day or two.
It helps a whole lot. It reduces the rate of certain illnesses and improves health a whole deal. A little health tips.

Seriously this gadgets my phones and my laptops, I can’t do without them in a day. Whenever I woke up in the morning it’s my phone I first check before even going for prayer in the morning. If I’m not on my phone I will be on my laptop. So the addiction this days is even more hectic

Too much of something has effects and might cause something to us. To avoid this, we can minimize our usage on it.
We should definitely reduce or usage
