Who has already delegated HP and has more than 2.5k PP will still receive the delegation?

About Available for Merit Based Delegations I saw that you mentioned the issue of engagement:

tool in the ProofOfBrain Engagement section.For users who deserve some delegation, we can take a look at @amr008's

There are small users like @jersteemit and several others that deserve some attention as they are generating genuine engagement for the community.

    No one with more than 2,500 POB is eligible for the HP for PP delegations moving forward. But that requirement does not apply to the merit based delegations.
