well it happened i did not eat breakfast this morning because i rushed out for work so early and i was unable to prepare breakfast. however that made me so hungry today because i was so busy with work and i had to eat late.
This is fried spicy potato, black chick peas gravy with fried wheat bread. I like to have this combo when it rains and as the weather was lovely today, i made this.

What are some of the work or tasks that you delegate?
How do you reduce your burden of work? and finance?
Delegation is a key to success. One cannot do everything on their own. In fact one must focus on their expertise and do that perfectly rather than focusing on 10 other jobs and compromising on the quality.
For e.g. When I cook, I ask my house help to do the chopping for me. It's not something that requires a lot of skill and doesn't impact the taste of the food. But when it comes to cooking, adding spices, working with the flame - that's all on me. I do that completely without any external intervention. So I just focus on the main tasks.
And while my house help does the chopping, I prefer to do my office work or manage my baby or engage on pob talks.
It's shocking how many managers don't understand this and try to micromanage their staff.
Apart from the fact delegation is a good division of labour that makes works to be very smooth, it make someone to accomplish more task in lesser time frame.
The truth is that one cannot know all and it is good to delegate. Another fantastic point i got from your motivation speech is that one can not be everywhere which is true.
Well i will like to end this with a quote that say

I do most of my work by myself but if it is my house chores,i delegate it to my younger sister and i assist her too..
Delegation is something I think we all should embrace. When it comes to delegating some of my work I like to do it with competent hands because it is one thing to delegate and it is another to ensure that it is done the way you want it to be.
Sometimes when I have a lot of crochet orders, I delegate the easy tasks to my younger sister. To an extent I trust her ability to do some of the easy project with my supervision of course.
I haven't figured it out yet.
When it comes work I often do It myself self has I love to job to be done perfectly. When it comes to other things though, I go for the delegation has I believe it's the fastest way to get this done and relieve of certain burdens.

Splinterlands is free to play but if you want to earn rewards that have monetary value you need to first pay the $10 game fee. You can still collect and trade without paying but you won't be able to earn anything. To battle you will need summoners. Summoners are needed to pick cards to battle vs. other players. Each summoner will allow you to pick from a specific set of cards in which you can use for battle.
Once you are ready to battle you will pick the order of your team and hit the battle button. Nothing else is needed after this as the game plays out on its own. If you win you will be awarded the in game currency called DEC. There's daily challenges that will award you prizes and tournaments played daily that you can win prizes in as well. There's an in game market in which you can sell your cards to other players.

Its difficult to put an exact number on what I have earned. There's too many aspects and working parts. For example there's the SPT token earned for blogging about Splinterlands when using the SPT tag. There's the DEC token that can be earned for winning ranked battles and placing in tournaments. There's the growth of card prices. I suspect we see another wave of growth once land is implemented to the game. An example of ROI: A Plot of land in Splinterlands originally sold for $10 USD. Today some have sold for $200-$250 USD.

Indeed life shows up highs and lows, it shouldn't be the reason the reason to the quit at all has no one has it easy all the time. The betwixt scenario are there a purpose. Our ultimate goal of having success should always be at the back of our mind no matter how life swings at us.
People opinion or hate for us shouldn't even to be brought into consideration has negativity and bad vibes isn't what we need and shouldn't stop us in anywhere from what we chasing after. Criticism should be an opportunity for us to get better if we are doesn't something not good enough. I have learnt to always pick out the positives from anything appears has an attack on us.
We indeed all deserve a great life. The reason we ought to work towards it irrespective of the situation. Believe for success for occurs in the mind before manifesting in reality. We all have same one head to think. If other can do something, there is not we can't repeat such feat and even do much more.

I tell my friends this sometimes. If humans have done it before there is nothing stopping you from doing it.
People who tend to see things only their way make discussing with them very stressful. Honestly I avoid those set of people because there is really nothing I can say to make them think otherwise if they don't have an open mind.
To such people, to me I will tell them what is right, (which means I will give my advice to such)and I will be watching them.
If they will follow it or not, and if they do not, I leave them.
Yes ,but to me leaving such type of people to me might not really be a good idea,just as I don't always see my point of view or opinion too as the perfect one and that is what I think makes me different.
I so much believed in checking others people point of view and reasons very well and from one point they're seeing things,am not an agent of doom but it is advisable we learn how to think from others people point of view and not just rush into conclusion because of our one sense of thinking.
