Water is an essential part of e
very living thing, water including the ocean makes up a 2/3 of the earth.
"Health is wealth"
How often do you take water? Only when you eat? Once a day? Often? Our body requires we ingest atleast 5 litres of water every day, it helps our body and our health in unimaginable ways.
If you are not taking enough water you are paving way for:
- Dehydration
- Kidney stones
- Infections etc
How does not drinking water give you kidney stone?
When you eat and only drink at that moment, foods you eat in some way must contain particles of sand no matter how world class the food might be or prepared. The water you take after eating might not enough flush down the debries and sand particles out of your system through urine and feases.
- Task yourself every morning to take atleast 2 glasses of water in the morning before brushing, then regulate it every 1 hour two glasses to be able to take above 5 litres in a day.
Do yourself the good of take water regularly as to flush your system and kept it healthy.
