When I think of the word leader, two sentences always come to mind.
A soldier lays down his life for a longevity who recognizes him.
A person who hates bitterness can never be a good leader.
There may be many different phrases, but these are the sentences that come to the skin and close while experiencing work life.
How you relate with your junior workers, are you rude to them because you senior them or probably employ them?
There are many gaps between the management's view of the employees and the staff's view of the management
What kind of leader are you saying you want to become even though you can't even embrace your teammates? You hear a voice in your heart asking if your bowl isn't ready yet.
Doesn't it need a little more training like the Israelites lived in the wilderness for 40 years after the Exodus? the voice of the heart.

most people often misunderstand the word Leadership because vrgey often think the opposite of what leadership is meant to be, a leader is someone who will sacrifice both his time and resources just to put smile on the face of people he leads, a leader inconvenience himself for the convenience of the people he leads, but the reverse has been the case in our Modern days leadership system were a leader only thinks of himself and not the people he leads which has now lead everyone in the context of wanting to become a leader, it's really a pathetic situation.
