Thank you for this writing. I agree with you on this sentence

All of them are actions that will need to be repeated daily until they become habits and are not annoying to do.

Keep on smaller goal first before going to the bigger goal. Be realistic on what we able to do and invest the time on it. Once it become a habit, result will come along. :)

Thank you for the comment. "Be realistic about what we can do.." it all comes down to this.
